Information on personal-data processing when using this website, contacting MRW and using potential training or network services.

2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Hostinger. When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data. This may include the IP address, date and time, requested file, referrer, browser and operating-system information, data volume and HTTP status code.
The processing is necessary to provide the website securely and reliably, analyze technical errors and prevent misuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Server logs are erased or anonymized when they are no longer required for these purposes, unless statutory obligations or the investigation of a specific security incident require longer retention.
3. Website technology and cookies
This website uses no analytics or marketing trackers, social-media pixels or external web fonts. Stylesheets, scripts and images are served locally. No non-essential cookies are set. The business contact form and the separate private inquiry form each use a local honeypot and timing check for spam prevention; no external captcha service is used.
4. Contact forms, email and telephone
The business contact form processes name, company (optional), email address, telephone number (optional), business topic, urgency and message. The separate private inquiry form on the German private-client page processes name, email address, telephone number (optional), inquiry type and message. The forms use separate server-side endpoints. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related inquiries and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for general communication and abuse prevention.
medical reports, diagnoses, full CVs, identity documents or other sensitive files. An appropriate transfer channel will be agreed separately where required.
Email communication is generally not end-to-end encrypted. Sensitive documents should therefore only be sent after an appropriate transfer channel has been agreed.
5. Training and network referrals
Inquiries are not automatically forwarded to training providers or other network contacts. The specific recipient, purpose and necessary data scope are stated before any referral. Where no other legal basis applies, separate consent is obtained.
Only the data required for the agreed contact is transferred. The receiving partner processes the data under its own data-protection responsibility.
6. Health data and psychotherapy network
A contact referral to an approved psychotherapist in the network is made only at the person's express request. Health data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR is not collected or transferred automatically.
Before any referral, the recipient, purpose and data scope are stated and explicit consent under Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR is obtained. Whether an appointment or treatment is offered is decided solely by the psychotherapist.
7. External links
This website may contain links to external services. No content from those services is loaded merely by visiting the MRW website. The external provider's privacy rules apply once the external link is opened.
8. Recipients, international transfers and retention
Recipients may include the hosting provider, email and technical service providers and—following separate coordination—specific training or network partners. Processors are engaged under Art. 28 GDPR.
Where personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area, this takes place only under the applicable statutory requirements, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards.
Personal data is retained only for as long as required to handle the inquiry, initiate or perform the cooperation and meet statutory obligations. It is then erased unless commercial, tax, liability or evidentiary requirements justify continued retention.
9. Rights and complaints
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Consent may be withdrawn for the future. Contact info@mrw-consulting.de.
Complaints may be submitted to a competent data-protection authority, including the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Wilhelmstraße 7, 65185 Wiesbaden, Germany.
10. Security and updates
Data transmitted between the browser and this website is encrypted via HTTPS. Appropriate technical and organizational measures are also used to protect personal data against loss, manipulation and unauthorized access.
This privacy notice is updated when the technology used, the services offered or the applicable legal requirements change.
